King County Aquatic Center welcome's the regions most talented college student swim and dive athletes.

I took a week of vacation for my kids winter break, and it just happened to overlap the start of the Pac12 Championship meet. I was able to get connected to the meet director Markel who set me up as a volunteer for two days of back to back fun. I was the head timer for multiple sessions of prelims, the lane 4 timer for the 500 free, 200 IM, and 50 free women's finals, and had my frist chance to scribe for multiple men's and women's diving competitions (1M and 3M spring board). This was like a backstage pass for me, I was so excited to be on the deck with my staff badge and in the middle of all the action! I hope I can make this happen again next year :)
