If you ever get a chance to run the Cowtown, please do. Great race, unbelievably organized, the best volunteers ever. I was in a pickle until a lady ran by me with a skirt with silver sequence. Boy did that motivate me to push alittle harder.. I did not want to get beat by someone wearing sequence. She did beat me, but not by much. Wicked winds last 3 miles but hung in there. Next up speed work.
