Great start for the upcoming race season in my new age group Female 55-59

I had a great start to the 2020 race season.  I moved up to a new age group with some amazing women.  They motivate, drive, and encourage me to keep pushing at any age.  It was a beautiful day at the Hot Chocolate 15k.  Great course, very well organized and volunteered.  I felt relaxed and strong.  I picked up my pace alittle too soon and did not have a strong enough kick to pass some youngins.  I hate when that happens.  Next up Cowtown Half Marathon.
