I did my first triathlon in September 2021 which I set as a swimming goal, (as having started open water swimming in May 2021 realised my swimming needed improvement), having a high level of fitness but never having Swim Bike or Run to a competitive level. I have since qualified for the World Triathlon Championships 2023 in Hamburg in Sprint Distance. I am an energetic Personal Trainer who loves adventure and the outdoors!
