Elite athlete competing internationally for Northern Ireland and Ireland in Triathlon, Athletics and Cross Country.

Battling to get to the top of the sport after suffering 8 stress fractures since 2014. This year I have moved from over 600th in the world rankings to 136th and 12th in the current European Cup Rankings.

Since my last injury, last year, I have made leaps and bounds in my triathlon perfromance. Battling to get to the top of the sport after suffering 8 stress fractures since 2014. This year I have moved from over 600th in the world rankings to 138th and 12th in the current European Cup Rankings. Recently I finished 5th in a European Cup in a sprint finish behind Vincent Luis and Csongor Lehman. In April I was fortunate enough to compete at the Super League Arena Games narrowly missing out on the Final by a few seconds after some technical issues in the other races.

Represented Northern Ireland at the 2018 Commonwealth Games while studying for a degree in Economics and Accounting at Queen’s University Belfast. I recently competed at my second Commonwealth Games in 2022 in Birmingham where I finished a disappointing 16th. I have since gone on to win the senior National Triathlon and Aquathlon titles and followed that up with a 5th place in a European Cup in Alhandra and a 9th place at the FISU World University Championships in Brazil, all in the space of 21 days.

Currently occupying the European New Flag slot for the Olympic Games in Paris 2024.
