I have been triathlon for almost 20 years now, and it still brings me as much joy as the first time I crossed the finish line. I come from a swimming background, and I competed in swimming and water polo in high school and college. I currently live in Rapid City, South Dakota where I work in mental health. I love exploring the Black Hills and swimming in its crystal-clear lakes. My training partners are two labrador/husky mixed dogs named Winston and Jaxx!
