I am a mom, Kindergarten Teacher, Native American Dance Teacher, and a Triathlete. I have been competing and dancing at Native American Powwows since I was a child. My favorite Dance of choice is highly athletic and requires a ton of stamina. As I was nearing 40 I realized that to remain competitive, I needed to train harder. That led me into half marathons at first, then Triathlons, Ironman 70.3, and have been training for Ironman California 140.6 2023. I love this lifestyle. It has brought so many people in my life and helped me to become part of a large community. I am also a Skechers and Sierra Cascades Multisport race company Ambassador. I have raced in nearly 100 races, including Ironman Indian Wells. Milwaukee Age Group National Championships, and two time finisher or Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon.
