I am a forty-six year old woman that likes to try new things and see the world. I try to take life not too seriously and the best days involve a hike outside with my 8 year old yellow Labrador, Milo. I'm a bit of a work-aholic and have decided to try and do a better with work life balance for 2022. I'm game for trying new things in the new year and one thing I'm going to tackle is a tri race!
