About six years ago I was obese, super depressed and suicidal. If I continued down that path I would have ended up dead,i had to turn my life around. I started walking then running then cycling. I lost about 75lbs and achieved goals I never thought I would. I completed a 5k,then 10k and then a half marathon. I never thought I'd be able to do a triathlon but just this year I completed two sprint tris! My sites are set on an Olympic tri and half iron man next year.
