Age grouper who came back to the sport after a 12 year hiatus. Been active now for 4 years - minus the covid year :( love to bike and working on the run with “ok” results so far. I have made the age group podium 7 times in the last few years- all sprints. Working slowly on increasing distance to try Oly. distance. Otherwise, lived in the Seattle area since 1993. Married with a daughter. My wife has started racing again and took 2nd and 3rd in her age group this past summer. Lived in Shoreline for the last 9 years. In a prior Tri life I raced Oly’s and sprints, mostly in CA but have raced in NY, NH, Beijing and Kathmandu.
