I am a continued work in progress! I started running in my 30s, embraced triathlon in my 40s, and ran my first marathon at 51. When my knees decided distance running wasn't my best choice and at about the same time we moved to Florida where I could train outdoor year round, multisport came back into my life in the form of aquabike and I could not be happier. I fit training into my almost fulltime life on the road as a consultant and when I'm home, enjoy swimming and cycling alongside my husband.
