My name is Ha Na (pronounced like the place in Maui, Hawaii) and I'm aiming to be the world's first Asian-American Professional Female Triathlete. Initially, my pursuit in this sport was purely personal - where are my limits and how far can I go on this journey? Now, it is that and so much more - I want to bring more female athletes and diversity to the endurance world, through triathlon, because representation matters.
"Serious talk" aside - I believe in the importance of enjoying the journey and having a ton of fun while at it. You'll probably catch me being the class clown on the bike, tripping over nothing on the trails, and coming up with the best-worst dance moves at Crossfit class in between lifts.
