I’m an elite age group triathlete living in NYC. I love open water swimming, and while I’ve been dealing with a knee injury for over a year now OWS has been my safe haven. I love swimming open water and swimming into the sunrise with my friends. I also enjoy gravel, CX, and MTB racing. This past July I organized and swam 5 miles across the long island sound, with a group of 15 friends leading me out 2000 yards and a sailboat guide.
