I grew up in the ocean surfing and swimming for recreation. A few years back I began swimming with a Master's program in the pool and now participate in triathlons. I have completed 10k swims, Master's swim meets, and long course triathlon, I recently completed a level 1 Master swim coach certification. In addition to endurance swimming, I surf, SUP and find any excuse to be in the Atlantic Ocean.
