I'm a techy (as manyu in PNW) which I call my home. I come from a long family of Gymnasts, olympic athletes and coaches, i was not gifted in that area but I do enjoy triathloning. I've done 2 full ironman and several 70.3s which is my favorite distance. I started by running with a goal to get healthy - managed to drop 40 pounds roughly 10 years ago and have kept them off by sporting regularly and running with my wife who is a runner. Triathlons and everything around it has become part of our life, vacations, and we tend to do that around sporting. I do this for fun and enjoy it, in no ways I'm a pro but I like to dream some day I will make it out to Kona.
