I am a retired middle school health education teacher, turned USAT coach/spin instructor. I've been competing in triathlon for 15 years and love the Iron distance! My passion is motivating and helping others to achieve their personal health goals in a safe, fun way. I'm a new grandma to two rambunctious boys and a sweet little grand baby girl, mom to three awesome grownup kids, and wife to a very supportive (and somewhat crazy) husband.
