Swimming is a family tradition. I learned to swim to do triathlon, so i put my daughter in swim lessons atbthe same time. She has now been on swim team for 9 years. For several years we have made last gasp of summer a mother daughter and auntie tradition with my sister. Lake swimming has been the last 6 months, when the water temp was a chilly 48 degrees.
I am also a licensed Massage Therapist and yoga instructor.
