I'm happily married and the proud mom of 2 teenagers. I am a multisport & endurance coach and fitness motivator.
I've always loved the water and started swimming competitively at the age of 5. I wasn't very fast, but had good form. I stopped swimming in high school, but it became my entry into the world of triathlon in 2013. Since then, I have really enjoyed getting back into the pool and have fallen in love with open water swimming. When pools were closed due to COVID I purchased a Blue Seventy Thermal wetsuit and have been swimming outside more than ever.
I'm still not fast, but I love to push myself to new challenges including skins swimming through cold Boaton winters and becoming an official marathon swimmer completing the 10 mile race at Kingdom Games in VT. I enjoy sharing my love for the water and hope to inspire others to join me.
