35 year old father of 4 children. Physical Therapist by trade. I have been training/racing in the endurance world for 10 years. Current co-race director of a local sprint in Northeast Mississippi ( Tupelo Sprint Triathlon). I participate in 6-8 triathlon events, 6-8 5/10k running events, and 2-3 gravel bike riding events yearly. I have a minor in Nutrition.
