I love all things out doors, running, Mountain biking, road biking and hiking. I have been racing in triathlon for 15+ years. I love the sport so much and enjoy the community that it supports. I now enjoy racing with my 11 year old son. I frequently win my age group but more than winning I love the challenge and the friendships i have earned through the sport.
