Hi I'm K, a former collegiate swammer & record holder turned triathaMOM! Training has always been a way of life; I met my husband on the college swim team and now we have two crazy kiddos. We try to involve them in our workouts daily; from stroller runs, to putting them in a raft at the pool and kicking laps while pushing them, I even put my stationary bike next to my son's desk while supervising his virtual school during this crazy Covid year! Our active lifestyle has been rubbing off on them too, my son asks to use our Vasa Trainer while I'm next to him on the treadmill, and he's SO excited to start swim team next year. Traveling to races has become a fun family activity, they love watching us and participating in the kid's division. We have surprised ourselves and now are even "faster as a master"! Last year, my husband & I both qualified for USA Triathlon Age Group Worlds in Switzerland. I would be honored to represent Blueseventy, all while inspiring the next generation!
