I am a devoted husband and father of four who enjoys training and racing a variety of events including open water swims, triathlons, running races and bike races. I have been actively competing in triathlons/duathlons for over 10 years and have raced every distance from Ironman to Sprint. I have been a two time age group All American, races in two World Championships (Sprint Duathlon and Sprint Triathlon) ans raced in numerous National Championships.
