Back in 2010 I suffered 2 strokes and a mild heart attack. I was severely overweight and smoked 2 packs a day. That was my wake up call to change my life. I started to run then got into triathlon. I’ve done a 70.3 and full 140.6 not to mention countless olympics and sprints. My 14 year old son does the majority of sprints with me. I’m not the fastest nor am I the slowest but what I am is passionate about triathlon. I’ve been a team Fluid member for over 5 years. I put everything I have into the sport and with the recent loss of my mother I am more motivated than ever. I feel I would be a great fit for the team due to my passion for the sport and my contagious positive attitude about training and racing! I hope I’ve said enough and I truly hope I meet your criteria for becoming a member of the Flo team! I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks

Alex

* ‘22 has been a rough year for racing being injured. ‘23 I’ll be back on track training hard in the off season!! Ready to keep the energy high and stay motivated to get back on track. I’d love to be welcomed back for ‘23. Not much to see on Strava for ‘22. I was injured most of the year and when I did workout I didn’t log much so I didn’t get frustrated.
