Previously competed in 4 Olympic distance and 4 Sprint distance triathlons. Middle of the pack racer at that time (my last race was 5 years ago). Currently, registered for a half-iron distance triathlon in 2020 and beginning the training regimen. Possibly registering for a full Ironman fall 2020. Strong swimmer (5th overall out of 500 participants on swim leg). Moderate biker and runner.
