I've been competing in triathlons for 35 years. I compete at all distances, and am very competitive in my age group. I've competed in Kona numerous times, as well as many 70.3 WC events. I'll be aging up in another year and plan on being very competitive. I am also a tri coach, and conduct yearly camps in Hilton Head, Jacksonville, FL, Houston, TX, and Cozumel. I am currently working on setting up a Summer training base for pro/elite athletes in Asheville, NC.
