I've been a runner since 2010. I got into gran fondos, marathons, and triathlons shortly after that. I live with my husband and 2 long haired dachshunds in Kelowna, BC Canada where we can open water swim in many lakes, bike all the mountains, and run endless trails. There's also SUPing, skiing, snowshoeing, and the list goes on for what to do around here.
I am training for my first Ironman in Penticton in 2020 and raising $10,000 for Agape Hospice in Calgary, where my mom had recently spent her final days. The donation will serve as a memorial of her as well as a thank you to the Agape team.
