Grew up in Portland, Oregon. Live in Whittier, Ca near Los Angeles. I served in the US Navy in a submarine. i work at an Air Separation plant making liquid oxygen, nitrogen, and argon. Proud father of a 3 year old son. Enjoy training for my next triathlon/race, spending time with my family, and traveling internationally.
