I am a 50 Athena athlete. I have competed in tris and aqua bikes for the past 13 years. I have recently started participating in long distance (3 mile) open water swims. I have had my share of successes and failures (challenges to conquer in the future). I am always supportive of my fellow athletes and friends and try to find a way to there for them. I was able to help out a fellow athlete during a recent Tri when his legs were cramping during the run. I do this for me showing myself what I can accomplish.
