I was a competitive swimmer in England, until I graduated college, competing at an International Level. I then transitioned to triathlons in my late twenties and compete in the Half Ironman distance. I am a professor in Kinesiology, Wife to Jesse and Mom to two beautiful girls (Wren - age 6) and (Robyn - age 4).
