I am a lifelong runner & swimmer, plus I love biking. Some of my favorite cross-training activities are whitewater kayaking, cross country skiing & yoga.
You can usually find me outside, training either on the trails, in the outdoor pool, or in the open water with friends.
My favorite completed race was the 12.5 mi Swim Around Key West in 2007. It was my first long-distance open water swim event.
The highlight of 2019 was ultra-running the Grand Canyon Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim with family & friends.
