I started triathlon almost 6 years ago when my husband passed from cancer. It was an escape which later because a positive lifestyle. My motto is “ I can do hard things and Allow yourself to thrive,” I have shown my 2 girls that anything is possible with hard work. I basically taught myself to swim and now I’m swimming Ironman distances. It’s been an amazing journey.
