I'm a husband to the greatest woman in the world and dad to three amazing children! I started lap swimming for exercise and to learn a new skill, and slowly progressed from barely making it to the other end of the pool about four years ago to completing my first Olympic distance triathlon last year in Coeur d'Alene, ID. I enjoy swimming, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, backpacking, fishing, hunting, and playing in the water with my family.
