I am a British expat living in Dubai with my husband and young family. We have been in the Middle East now for almost 15 years and have lived in Dubai UAE, Muscat Oman and Doha Qatar.
I am a qualified Midwife and have recently qualified as a Doula and starting to build up my business, offering maternity education and support to both locals and expats in Dubai.
I have been swimming (both pool and open water) and competing in triathlons in the region since I was introduced to local clubs in Oman. I competed in the OceanMan 10k in 2018, finishing 3rd in my AG and have recently signed up to the Dubai T100 and my first IronMan 70.3 in Muscat 2025.
Sport is a passion of mine and my motivation to keep training and competing is seeing how it my kids following my lead and loving sport.
