Avid Triathlete using the the sport for my own health and to push myself to try things I didn't think I could do before. Started out barely running 5kms made my way to running a half marathon and on to a full marathon before finding Triathlon. I love the community, challenge, exploration and training for triathlon. I still get in my head before hitting the start line but once I start that all dissolves away. Now I've completed 3 Half Ironman's, 2 Olympic Tri's and 3 marathons.
