I am a 44 year old woman whose life was transformed through triathlon. I grew up believing I did not have what it took to be an athlete, but after discovering triathlon in 2006 and putting in years of consistent work I have become a successful racer and member of a community that truly supports my dreams. I now coach others on that journey and work to create environments that help us all to fearlessly embrace our potential.
